I agree, they worked so hard to get those filings out, then the Chapter 11 as obviously they should have been current before they announced the merger. But I guess time was of the essence for UMS, probably hoped to use equity to pay the $5 million, but not current, it only ever made it to .0028 plus with all the doubt, now we wait till:
a.) chapter 11 is done or
b.) iTalk puts out their filings then news
Bound to happen soon, too much to lose, it's coming either way, I think positively.
Lack of disclosure lately, we could use an update it's been three months with ongoing business, no contact from IR or CEO, obviously peeps post that shit all over so kind of understand, but the killer for us again is frustration.. for us, the shareholders. Company is doing what it has to, fix and build.
