Capitulation has not come yet, I'm seeing it on the boards, in words, but have not yet seen it in selling pressure. Usually we get a major flush of shares putting in a real bottom.  The panic selling has not fully hit yet, I believe.

Somewhere in here I expect to to see major buying come in.
