Are we done here? NEWC was great when it started heading on up in the beginning of October, but now the stock doesn't respond to positive news in the way you'd expect (it's going down no matter what) and has not broken $.05 even though people were hoping it would.

Since the company is not based in the US, will the election actually help it rebound, or is it just gonna tank from here on out?
