I know you asked LT. But here's my thoughts...Russell Thal is at the age that he can retire. I'm not sure how old Frank is, but my belief is that with the new direction Baltia is going to take, the company needs a leader with a lot of stamina. It is going to take a lot to move forward.

The plus side is that Russ and Frank has a lot of shares in the company, they haven't sold it. I think they believe in the company and knows it'll be in good hands with Tony at the helm.

That's my thoughts, and I think it's a positive move. With Conrad Kalitta, he'll have connections to find someone to replace Frank's position.
