I'm kind of happy about this 8K however the downside is....there isn't a specific amount of shares or amount of $ dedicated to this "buyback and de-with", this to me means that they will buy back the preferred first and if they hit their spending limit then that's it...help me please see the silver lining here as we have been told before that they were buying shares back and well, we know where that ended up!!!
