Longs secured almost all the lowest price shares .0001>.0003 - hence why only 4M left from a few insignificant low level flippers at .0005.
Going forward - as there is no dilution - $INCC should be extremely thin to the upside. It is obvious that those that started to scale in at .0004 will not be selling down here with the next updates coming in a matter of days > a few weeks.
