I really think this fiscal year deal has to have something to do with the Chinese colander year which is quite different from ours here in the USA....at this point I would definitely ASSUME that they should be filing their Q4 numbers or at least preparing them...this may have been a big frustration point to the board, I completely forgot this important piece of info as I have been here for approx. 1 1/2 years....Dooooohhhhhh
