We also strongly disagree on the level of concern common shareholders have for what may be the loss of thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. You seem to think it is of little consequence that they could hit the gray market by next Monday, I think it of great import that the gray market be avoided at all costs.

If this company avoids the gray market as you seem to think they may, I will be the first to publicly apologize to you and acknowledge that they are making an attempt to protect shareholders. Whether that comes to fruition a year down the road is another matter. However, without action within 72 hours, they will open on the gray market Monday. That is a fact.

In the meantime, it is only natural for SH to be concerned and I'd think you would as well with the many tens of millions of shares you own.
