To give you a definitive answer to that question you have to look at the larger picture which is Congress. Neither Hillary, nor Trump will take off the Schedule 1 tag on MJ.
The Feds will have to look at how much money they are missing out on that they can waste on something that will make them money and eventually HAVE NO CHOICE but to change the designation. Mostly because of the number of states that have some sort of legalization, and banks will have to get involved at some point. When a majority of the states feel some sort of legalization is in order, and the only way research can be done, and the money is currently , for the most part, not taxed in a federal forum.....yhea, they will change the law. Most likely next year.......no matter who is in office playing in the garden. JMO of course. GLTA
