I think the story is the same...if manipulators were so tricky that they tricked investors into driving down the share price to a fraction of what the shares are really worth...then the investors who weren't tricked should be ecstatic to pick up all of those "cheapies."

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
