On October, 2016, the SEC suspended trading until November 16, 2016 of the shares of several companies that were behind in their
1934 Act filings. As you are aware the Company is behind in filing quarterly and annual audited financials.

The Company has entered discussions, with auditors and hopes they can begin their audit on November 10, 2016 The Company and its financial and legal advisors have been working on the completion of financing arrangements with a view to implementing the Company's business plans.
