I get that management owns shares but, they can restructure bonuses, pay or whatever to make up for some or most of what they would lose. We would just be out. Being public in the end means financing. Growth of a company with the right stock in place makes a big difference. But if they can get the stock up it would mean large $$'s for management without having to take it directly from the company. They def want it to succeed
