Hi iceman7.  I'm now looking myself, because Vanguard won't let me trade OTC's less than .01 pps.  A fellow investor friend likes Fidelity.  He's having no problems trading.  But I'm looking for an after tax account, not a rollover.  Another poster mentioned this one and sent me this link.  I'd avoid TDA at all costs... JMO.
