Not out of the Pink, keeps us out of the Gray. It would be a win, really no difference, application is to be relieved of reporting financials which they don't do now anyway. The stock will still take a hit though, think this took a lot of people off Gaurd and will make them understand how over invested they are. I'm way over invested but will hold onto my shares.
