We need to get the election over with so the sector can start recovering. Depending on what time frame I'm looking at for the IBB I'm either running for my life or buying like crazy for a major pinch.
What money buys into that scenario? So it's a waiting game.
For CTIX it's already known that bio's take time so buying, and continuing to buy (accumulate) is an excellent strategy imo. Solid science and trials that continue to impress. But it's still a waiting game. No options to worry about expiring either.
