Etrade did the same to me when mnzo r/s ed: I could not trade though it continued to trade, mostly in Canada it seemed, and went from .0020 to .0095 in thin trade. When d was removed it dropped like a rock, eventually all the way to .0003. It seems it depends on your broaker.
