The franchise owners get an additional 100k of common stock as a bonus to join the company. Their stock would become pretty much worthless as ours if we ventured into the gray market. keep in mind we really haven't had that much volume to make a huge difference anyway. so it won't be that easy to unload your shares with no MM.
The other thing to note; for the past year the volume has mainly consisted of flippers. We never got highter then 10mil. So at least if anything we've weaved out the flippers.
If they go private the franchise owners and us maintain their shrs. it's in the best interest of the company to keep this incentive. If you spent 25-30k for one with a bonus 100k shrs. then told you its no longer applicable. how would u feel as a franchise?
