employee? If not David should be made aware of the fact she is exchanging emails with NTGL shareholders representing herself as an employee.
She has also provided a NTGL shareholder with critical information on their company status and future plans. Does DF know if she is working for both NTGL and the other company listed on her linkedin profile?
