Still reading on it but going dark and going private not the same. Essentially it would be business as usual for HJOE. Not required to report financials and only required annual updates to shareholders. It would be 100% better than the gray's. The grays is bad bad bad.
It would basically hold us where we are at, share price will tank, but that is going to happen regardless of what they do at this point. I will take it any day over the gray!!
My one thing is I will never go back to business as usual, this is not a win. It's the best of a really shitty situation but does leave room to recover.
I am a avid HJOE supporter, it may not always seem like it but this situation is bullshit and I don't think I will be celebrating much when trading resumes. But if they pull it off I thank them for not completely ruining my investment. Treatment of the shareholders MUST improve.
