Excellent week for $INCC - held 100% gain from Monday with no sell off on news.
Decisive 10M slap on the ask at .0005 from someone who correctly realizes that buy price in the .0002>.0009 range is not significant if you are building a large position to hold for an eventual run to .01+ at some point in the future.
