Bao doesnt say much because they are competing w many other Chinese steelmakers for new sources of ore like CWRN and they cant be sure of who they are corresponding with so they merely acknowledge they are in discussions w CWRN.

But the fact that Zhao -Bao's worldwide procurement manager/Bao Brazil Pres/Bao USA mgr persoanally supervises the drillijg and testing says a lot-very unusual for a non- owner high level exec w so many responsibiiites to be personally managing that without delegating it and I'm sure Bao has a lot of credentialled people who could handle the task of watching over the drilling ,testing and etc
