I have the TD Ameritrade app on my phone even though i don't have an account with them. You can build a watchlist and it will show the bid/ask, volume, current SP and news releases. It is free so it doesn't show the Rating, Options, Level II, or Social Signals but it has enough information to make it worth having the app...I combine that with Barchart to obtain most of the info I care to look at.
