I asked about SBRH and basically Peter told them to put the money up if they want to JV , not just make an announcement to sell stock into and try and finance it that way. I told I totally agree - either they have some money ALREADY to move forward or go away til you do ! Peter is not interested in making announcments  that just sell stock short-term for a few people .  We've got a good guy in our CEO and one that has his feet planted in Reality , thank god as many of the people running around Pinkieland have the intigrity of a peanut and that's not much ! So, myself with my boatload of shares are quite content to give Peter time to be selective - hell, I don't care if I sit on my stock for another year, as long as Peter keeps building a REAL company in a smart way !
