Max, ya gotta admit, things aren't looking as great as they did a year ago.  Some of the most dedicated shareholders are starting to turn.  Hyrpowr is started to sound a little impatient, NYC is getting a little angry, and some are just simply gone.  It's kind of sad.  And the problem is that the concerns are being belittled, invalidated with fantasy and that makes things more maddening.

Perfect is an example of the maddening stuff.  Knows first hand, was involved with the private placements, what is that all about?  That is what is maddening.

I hope 1st quarter looks decent, and I hope they are filed by tomorrow, otherwise things are gonna a get a little rocky around here.
