Great news - expect a gap up to .0005 or above at the open.
There were only 19M available at .0005 - probably not all in GTCs so might be less.
I quite expect orders placed before the open will take all that aren't expired / cancelled.
Orders through E*Trade go live immediately there are placed long before the open for execution in the order received at 09:30:00 EST.
I expect some will put a limit of .0006 to guarantee getting in.
