It appears to me that David has a plan and he must believe it is a strong plan if he hopes to up list to a more reputable exchange and he likely has the audited financials to back it up! Bottom line, it is earnings that supports price per share and if it were me I would r/s first and on the same day release the audited financials and then over time release PR after PR, everything else I‘ve been holding for such a time as this. Seems to me we should be buying instead of selling! 
