I wouldn't be surprised if 2 x 10M slaps take out the 19M left at .0005 before the close so that .0006 or higher is the start point for the PR campaign.
So far there have been 2 x 10M buys at .0004 and there were 2 x 10M buys at .0003 as well. There was also a 14M buy at .0002 earlier.
