you can blame the SEC for this garbage .. they have ignored to suit the gross
destruction of totally legit companies for profit .. via various *SMBs* .. for the last 15 years
and they are literally in a bind of their own making .. because if they inputted
*true transparency today* .. it would implode US Equities across every level
(OTC was FILTHs' playground until *reg sho grandfathering* in 2005 revealed
just what a true paper tiger the SEC is and was)
i suspect mgmt is being made aware .. i can only hope that they undertake legal action in due course
