Yeah, I just read it and that's what it is, a 3 for 1 forward split for all shares outstanding as of the 26th. The number of outstanding shares will of course triple following the split.
Your shares purchased today will be affected but you won't have the option to sell the 200% increase at the pre-split price a day before (just on the shares help up til closing on the 26th). I've never participated in that type of dividend so someone else here may need to step in and correct my guesstimation of how that shakes out.
