A few flippers whacked the bid at .0004 and created a small undercut ask.
There was then a 5M slap on the ask at .0004.
Bid at .0003 now increased from 28M to 43M which exceeds the 4.6M at .0004 and 19.9M at .0005. Flippers trying to get back in on the bid at .0003 - if the ask gets slapped they won't be able to.
