The last few PRs have come out in the final 10 to 30 minutes of the trading day - sometimes they are alerted by a link in Twitter - sometimes not depending on the organisation released through. I will be according a high priority today to monitoring various outlets for the $INCC news in addition to my other trading activities.
The upside of that is that it can lead to a buying frenzy and new hod for those that spot it and then a possible gap up the next day as more investors read in.
The downside is that some potential investors miss it because they are already concentrating on trading other stocks.
