who here is a big twitter user ? I'm not so I don't necessarily understand the settings. But why can I only see muses tweets and no one else's ? It's problematic to follow

Is this something they are doing on purpose ? And if so, why ?? I noticed their replies are new tweets so you can't even go to ur other user account to read what they said. What gives ?
