Yes, my reading is also that they're going to push ahead with the SPA. People underestimate how long it takes to design and write something up perfectly so the FDA nitpickers don't send it back for revisions. CTIX has all these clinical trials going on, and trying to design these new ones so that they're above reproach -- and with such a small staff. That's why I'm glad they've brought the new hires on board, to free up Dr. Menon's time so he can get these other things going. What would people rather have, sloppy trial design and write-up, which ends up getting booted back to them and maybe sours the FDA on the company, or taking the time and doing it right? I vote for doing it right.
