32M .0003 x 27M .0005. Bid sitters likely to be left without shares or chasing - happened at every level from my alert at .0002 so far when significant 5M>14M buys took all the remaining shares in a single second > minutes.
Several people in $INCC that I know see anything under .0020 as cheap and might just slap the ask at any time to deny shares to flippers - especially if the plan PR'ed tomorrow is promising - bearing in mind the current mj rush across the OTC market.
