There are of course other potential big runners in exactly the same price range right now - particularly $INCC - so that is understandable for people who can't cover all the good prospects simultaneously.

I managed to get 2M on the bid at .0004 yesterday and took some .0005s on the ask as well earlier so the undercut ask below .0008 (the previous recent high) is much thinner now.
