Except for a Hail Mary miracle, HJOE is going to open trading in ten days on the gray market. They can file as many financial statements as they want and it will get limited play on an unregulated, highly manipulated and unmonitored market. The stock will not make significant gains, if any, after taking a nose dive. I've lived the grays through other mistakes.
