It seems hard to imagine the Sullivan is not aware of this and as he prepares the case for referral to Federal authorities for review, he would likely flag these MMs if in fact they are "well known" manipulators....I have no idea but shouldnt managment and their counsel be pretty animated about continuing manipulation?
