I have always been troubled by HJOE's stated reason for not filing. Conversion only occurs when the company issues shares under the terms of a convertible note. If they have not issued the shares, it seems they could have filed and still not issued the shares. Yes, I am questioning the veracity of the HJOE claims about not filing. Have we been played? If we have, it was a very easy game for HJOE as everyone here readily accepted their reason for not filing, convoluted as it now seems.
