So what could HJOE say to make anything better? They can't file, not without the case being complete.
Marathon speech? report they have sales but not furnish and substantial numbers? That won't help.
I think I would like acknowledgement that they understand this hurts the investor in the "short" run but assure the process will not leave us all in the wind.
How could they have not filed for an injunction to keep conversions from happening? Just can't find any information if it was even ever asked for? I would think this would be good for both parties, KBM and HJOE. If HJOE by some chance lost, the conversion would happen immediately, if they win boom. I know KBM would rather see HJOE in a terrible state but in the end they are both fucking each other.
Is HJOE thinking they are just giving KBM rope by not fighting the delays? Or are they hoping to build the company during this time so they figure it works for them as well?
There is no possible way they did not know this was coming, or they need to fire some lawyers and maybe themselves, I don't believe for a second they did not know it was going to happen though.
