I still own a gray stock. The CEO has promised for the last 3 years to get back but too much money i guess to fight his way back. He was trying to merge into another shell but I think the sec has stopped that from happening. We sitting on .000001 today. The company is supposedly still operating as if knowing happened.

No need to wait for court case now to file. But do they even have an accountant?
