The post clearly stated he has insider information and implied he was going to report it that day. This was at the end of a message calling the company a scam and bashing it's officers.

If I recieved insider information on a stock I would immediately remove myself as moderator and not post on that board again. I certainly wouldn't post it publicly and imply how negative it is.
