HJOE Management gave them this news on a Silver Platter. How did Veal not know where they stood with the SEC? Considering court case, lack of filings, etc. etc., the attorneys should have covered the basis to know how long they can go without filing. Instead, they were apparently waiting on a letter from the SEC which never came. I am furious!
