Relatively thin to the upside as most of the cheapest shares in the .0001>.0006 range held by long-term watchers who remember the previous run to .0219 in 2014 and the smaller runs earlier in 2016.
119M loaded so far today including slaps of 10M>12M just prior to uptick points when <20M remaining at each level.
