There is no sugar coating this one fellas. It was one of the greatest concerns and risks of HJOE. A SEC suspension. Generally, after the ten day halt, the stock comes back and trades on the grays. That compelling story is not one we are going to get from HJOE. A lot of stringing along by the company and a lot of patience by us, but it doesn't look like its going to pay off.

The company still has the ability to operate privately and trade in the grays, but without a bid/ask in two weeks, this will probably tank and head to the stock grave yard. So much for them having shareholders backs.
