All they would want is UltraFlix.
I don't believe they would Buy NTEK just to get UltraFlix.
Maybe management would not sell UltraFlix unless somebody bought the Whole sum of NTEK, Inc.
I don't want a buyout, but Bashers and shorts are keeping UltraFlix from being discovered until they can come up with their own invention of 4K as good as UltraFlix.
What then, a lawsuit from NTEK?
More trouble.
It goes right back to the fact of Naked Shorting as Alan has continued to drive Home on this Board.
NTEK may be up $hit Creek without a paddle if this technology gets Copied[somehow invented?].
