How could this possibly be? I have it on great authority, by hundreds of sock puppets all over the web, that there is no such thing as naked shorting, never has been such a thing, in fact, no one has yet conceived of any manner in which such a practice could be performed, if in fact such a practice existed, which it most certainly does not.
