That would all stop if the company would become current and let us know what is going on. Then the posts about them not ever filing would be moot.

The company is causing this situation. They are silent which creates negative speculation and facilitates the proliferation of bullshit you see on hub. If we want it to stop then the company is responsible for that happening.
