I've never really cared for any type of meat that has a sweet Glaze, or sweet sauce on it but that's just me, I like the more savory flavors. I also really like the rub that they use on the Memphis barbecue , looks like they've come up with different flavors to meet all tastebuds, for me this far exceeds the competition and I'm not saying that just because I'm a Shareholder. It's really very good
