Insurance does not pay for or fund Abortion
Hospitals and Clinics governed by a Medical Boards will not preform them...due to ethics
There is no law that requires Planned Parenthood and abortion clinic's to be funded by the government.
Even in the EU you are SOL after 14 weeks plus their is a awaiting period.
