Umm, lawsuits filed against the TALK scam are required to be disclosed via 8-K.
" I guess Lee and Levy are too busy working the social media to remember this.
And Dea is too busy to correct his blatant accounting errors in that 8-K/A regarding this "acquisition" of UMS.
Good times ahead. I have insider information to pass on up the line today. No trading of this fraud for me.
